When purchasing by credit card, you will receive your
Registration Code information via email within 24 hours but most of the

I've lost my Registration Code. What do I do?
We are happy to provide you with a copy of your Registration Code.
Please contact customer service and include your name, your e-mail
address (that was used to order the product), the
product name, the receipt number.

I've lost the installation file. What do I do?
We are happy to provide you with a replacement copy of
the original file. Please download the file from Download page.

The Registration Code you have given me says that it is invalid.
The Registration Code is a long sequence of letters and
numbers that can be easily confused when typed.
If you typed this information manually from your
registration email, it is possible that errors may have
been entered into the Registration Code field of the Registration screen. Therefore, it is
recommended that you copy and paste this information from
your Registration email onto the Registration screen.

What is the refund policy?
